She was predeceased by : her parents, Donald E. Berkhemer and Rose Marie Berkhemer (Webster). She is survived by : her children, Richard Dale Jr. (Carolyn), Christopher George (Molly), Donald Ray (Misty) and April Lynn (Kristen); her grandchildren, Craig, Kyle Lee (Jamie), Zach (Emily), Cody Austin, Kayla, Rosie, Trey, Christopher, Ocean, Braedyn and Rylee; her great grandchildren, Tyler, Maddison and Aurora; and her siblings, Donald M. Berkhemer (Diane), Barry Berkhemer (Lisa), Curtis Berkhemer (Kim) of Pickerington and Sandra Knutson (Danny). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
