We are sad to announce that on April 1, 2021, at the age of 68, Charlene Serio of South Bloomfield, Ohio, born in Circleville, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charlene Serio to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Frazier and Juanita Frazier (Amspaugh); her daughter Laura Allen; and her siblings, Roger Frazier and Retha Frazier.
She is survived by: her husband John D. Serio; her daughter Lisa Janikowski of Idaho Falls, ID; and her brother-in-law David Serio of Westerville. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
In accordance with State mandates, COVID Protocols including facial coverings and social distancing will be followed.
