He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Holloway (Greg); his stepsons, James and Robert Capehart; his sister Shelley Kirk (Steve); and his grandchildren, Ryan Holloway (Caroline) and Ben Holloway. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
