He was predeceased by: his former wife Delta Mildred; and his sons, Michael Phillips and Arthur Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Martha Phillips; his children, Larry Phillips (Tammy) of Wellington, Donna Glemza (Nick) of Bardstown and Audrey Casada of South Amherst; and his stepsons, John Howard (Julie) of Wakeman and Robert Howard (Angela) of South Amherst. He is also survived by many grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Grace Baptist Church (500 W Main St, South Amherst, OH 44001). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
