He is survived by: his wife Martha Phillips; his children, Larry Phillips (Tammy) of Wellington, Donna Glemza (Nick) of Bardstown and Audrey Casada of South Amherst; and his stepsons, John Howard (Julie) of Wakeman and Robert Howard (Angela) of South Amherst. He is also survived by many grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
