He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Frederick and Donna Frederick; his brothers, Tom and Louis Frederick; his former wife Linda Frederick; and his brother-in-law Sonny Pete.
He is survived by: his wife Lynne Frederick; his daughters, Lenae Gerber of Surprise and Marla Cordova (Aaron) of Peoria, Arizona; his stepdaughters, Gina Horton-Fitzmaurice (Tim) of South Amherst and Tammy Horton-Opincar (Chris) of Wellington; his grandchildren, Mason, Meyer Shinsky, Maddie, Reese and Skyler Braden; his stepgrandchildren, Sydnie and Jacob Mullins of South Amherst; his stepgreat-granddaughter Myah Mullins; his siblings, Mike Frederick (Jane) of Wakeman and Susan Pete of Amherst; and his sister-in-law Gayle Frederick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
