He is survived by: his daughters, Shawna Keener and Stephanie Hicks; his grandson Nathan Hicks of Nicholas Hicks; his great grandchildren, Caiden Hicks, Calye Hicks and Sadie Hicks; his sisters, Rose Gunter and Anita Allen; and his former wife Carolyn Sue Lewis.
