He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Raines and Lizzie Raines; his brothers, Eddie and Johnnie Carl Raines; his nephews, Christopher and Benjamin; and his niece Jackie.
He is survived by: his siblings, Larry Raines of LaRue, OH, Patricia Mejak and Rosemary Burch of Collins, OH; and his stepsister Lujuana Archer of Marion, AR. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Vermilion Church of the Nazarene (14907 Kneisel Rd, Vermilion, OH 44089).
