We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2020, at the age of 75, Carolyn Starnes of South Amherst, Ohio, born in Memphis, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Winders and Mattie Winders; and her brother Billy Winders. She is survived by: her husband James C. Starnes; her children, James "Jimbo" C. Starnes, Jr., Stacey Riley (Randy) of South Amherst and Vickie Duncan (Lewis) of Amherst Township; and her siblings, Earl Winders (Sherry) and Barbara Anderson (James). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
