It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Becker of South Amherst, Ohio, born in Norwalk, Ohio, who passed away on June 30, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert George Becker, Sr.; her daughter Elizabeth Blackburn; and her parents, James Wilson, Sr. and Betty Jeanette King. She is survived by: her children, Robert G. Becker, Jr. of South Amherst and Penny R. K. Becker of South Amherst; her grandchildren, Robby Becker, Alaina Becker, Frank Becker Balcik, Jaxson Becker Balcik and Carson Blackburn; and her siblings, James King of Atlanta, GA and Penny Paul of Sagamore Hills. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and extended family.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Beth Becker Female Student Athlete Scholarship Fund ℅ Firelands High School, St. Paul Lutheran Church or to the Firelands School Endowment Fund for Nursing ℅ Firelands High School.
