With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alden Lane Wood (South Amherst, Ohio), born in Jackson, North Carolina, who passed away on February 15, 2019 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Michael Wood; his grandson Matthew Haynes; and his parents, Early Wood and Polly Wood. He is survived by: his daughters, Rita Renee Haynes (Dennis) of South Amherst and Jonna Kae Miller (Theodore) of Marietta, GA; and his daughter-in-law June Ann Wood (Bowsher) of Wellington. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
