He is survived by: his child Harley; his wife Sharon Fields (Forch); his children, Christine Gephart-Vaughn (Mark), Paul Fields (Kristen), Jennifer Wolfe (James) and Robert Fields (Amy); and his brother Glenn Fields. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
