He was predeceased by: his parents, Shade Henson and Annalee Henson (Mitchell); his son David Henson; and his siblings, Carol Henson, Rick Henson, Shade Henson Jr. and Wayne Henson.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Henson; his sons, Scott Henson, Jason Henson and Michael Henson (Sandra Ciralli); his grandchildren, Austin, Jocelyn, Haley, Todd, Kaylan and Comer; his uncles, Monroe Mitchell and Tom Henson; and his aunt Bessie Stubbs.
