She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Herman "Dutch", Amelia "Millie" Loshe, Delbert and Audrey Hoffman; her parents-in-law, Carlos and Dorothy Leach; and her close friend Brandy Brandenburg.
She is survived by: her parents, James Hoffman and Terri Hoffman; her husband Joseph Leach; her children, Jessica Leach, Elias Leach, Sterling Leach, Toby Leach, Gracie Leach, Alexis Leach, Abby Leach and Dominic Leach; her brothers, Shane Hoffman (Jennifer) and Caleb Hoffman (Beth); and her nieces and nephews, Carter, Teylar and Andy.
