He was predeceased by: his father Paul Smith; his brother David Wayne Smith; his stepfather Arley Holcomb; and his grandparents, John, Alice Bowman, Virgil and Willie Smith.
He is survived by: his mother Shirley J. Smith (Bowman); and his aunt Carolyn Willis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Bales Funeral Home (249 N Main St, Camden, OH 45311). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at the Rose Hill Burial Park (2421 Princeton Rd, Hamilton, OH 45011).
