She was predeceased by: her parents, P. G. Thompson and Ruby Thompson (Wagers); her husband Gary Mays; and her sister Barbara Able (Harry). She is survived by: her son Gary Mays, II (Jennifer); and her granddaughter Ashley Mays (Eric Henson). She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
