He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmas Luther and Wilma Jean Parsons (Cox); his brother Gary Parsons (Linda); and his nephew Ross Parsons. He is survived by: his wife Gwendy Rae Parsons (Hollinger); his children, Jacob (Mya Mosley) and Britton (Niki Renee); his siblings, Karen Barlow (Robb), Ken Parsons (Peg) and Kaye Ullmer (Kenneth); and his pets, Sugar and Luna. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family, friends.
