He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Salva and Josephine Salva; and his brothers, Michael, Thomas, Christopher and Charles Salva.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mark Salva (Heather) of Groveport, John Salva of McCarthur, Ohio, Marie Cawthern (John) of Pickerington, Rosellen Reitter of Columbus, Bernadette Salva of Pickerington and Christine Clark (Kevin) of Arizona; and his nieces and nephews, Nicole Stammer, Michael DeVuno, Audrey, Samantha, Tabatha, Christopher and Cassie.
