She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. Rucker and Carrie S. Rucker (Vickers); her husband William A. Bussey, Sr.; her daughter Debra Altier; her son-in-law Robert Bell; her grandson Eric Bussey; and her brothers, Bill, Roy and Fredrick "Buck" Rucker.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Bell of Plain City, Kerri Rhodes (Brian) of Somerset, William Bussey, Jr. (Robin) of Chillicothe and D. Robert Bussey of Somerset; her grandchildren, Chad, Wendy, Samantha, Jay, Brooke, Tiffany, Tyler and Evan; and her caregivers, Candy, Flo and Wanda. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
