He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Lee and Mary Lou Waugh; his sister Mary Lee Sterling; and his brothers-in-law, Andy McCarty and Ralph Elsbernd.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Waugh; his children, Carrie Luster (Bart) and Todd Waugh (Megan); his grandchildren, Kourtney Luster and Karter Luster (Madison); his great grandchildren, Maverick and Kashton Luster; and his siblings, Charles Waugh (Diana), Kathy McCarty, Richard Waugh (Leslie), Janet Gaswint (Stephen) and Ellen Summers (Timothy). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
