He is survived by: his mother Vivian Cogswell Courtney of Somerset, Ohio.; his son Craig Perry; his siblings, Marcy Hoffman of Somerset and Jason Courtney (Traci) of Lancaster, Ohio; his half-sister Tonya; his nephews, Jas, Tyler, Trevor and Trent; and his uncles, Rodger Dale Courtney and Gene B. Cogswell. He is also survived by several other aunts, uncles and cousins.
