He was predeceased by: his parents, Wealthy Walter and Phyllis Jean Fulk (Luning); his daughter Lindsey Fulk; and his sister Susan Lyons. He is survived by: his daughter Rachael J. Sweeney of Somerset; his grandchildren, Makayla, Arion, Xazier, Wyatt, Warren and Legaciey; his great grandchild James; and his sister Cathy J. Fulk.
