It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Dittoe of Somerset, Ohio, who passed away on August 23, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Albert Dittoe and Mabel Marie Dittoe (Leckrone); his daughter Mary Teresa Barnes (Dittoe); and his brother Timothy A. Dittoe. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Marie Dittoe (Smith); his son Samuel J. Dittoe (Sherri) of Pickerington; his grandchildren, Sara, Adam, Jacob and Hannah; his great grandchildren, Taylor, Kenzie, Jeffrey, Mackenzie and Reagan; his sister Marilyn A. Dittoe Weidner; and his siblings-in-law, Albert, Martin (Donna), Bill, Ralph Smith (Gloria), Miriam, Annie, Mary Rose Smith and Marjorie Wilson.
