She was predeceased by: her parents, George E. Kilbarger and Irene Kilbarger (Shonk); her husband Richard N. Lentz; her sons, Joseph Edward Lentz and David Michael Lentz; and her siblings, Harold, George, Neil, Raymond, Jerome, Thomas Kilbarger, Anita Fox, Regina Kessler and Rita Uhl.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Neil Lentz (Kathryn) of Somerset, Thomas Richard Lentz (Rolland) of Wooster, Sandra Siegwald (Gregory) of Michigan, Douglas Andrew Lentz (Lisa) of Somerset and James Patrick Lentz (Annette Moore) of Somerset; her daughter-in-law Brenda Lentz of Macedonia; her brother Richard Kilbarger of Florida; and her sister-in-law Sharon Clouse. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and step-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Bope-Thomas Funeral Home (203 S Columbus St, Somerset, OH 43783). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (5757 OH-383, Somerset, OH 43783).
