He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael E. Mooter and Francis M. Mooter (Hammond); his son David C. Mooter; and his siblings, Joe, Mike Mooter, Rita Mooter and Emma Quinn.
He is survived by: his wife Mary K. Mooter (Deahl); his daughters, Missy Kilbarger (Rob) of New Lexington, Amy Curnell (Mike) of Pleasantville and Brenda Mooter; his grandchildren, Nicole, Michael Curnell of Pleasantville and Jonathan Kilbarger of New Lexington; and his sisters, Janice Smith (Virgil) of New Lexington and Penny Norris (Don) of New Lexington.
