It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Blanchard of Somerset, Ohio, born in Rochester, Michigan, who passed away on November 8, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Blanchard and Margert Shippi Blanchard; his wife Susie Ann Blanchard; his daughters, Suzette and Veronica; and his siblings, Harold and Peggy.
He is survived by: his children, Carl Blanchard Jr., Linda Kokensparker, Jason Miller, Mike Miller, Janice Clark and Jerry Clark; and his brother Richard Blanchard. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
