She was predeceased by: her parents, Burl K. Swinehart and Ethel Ann Swinehart (Weaver); her husband Richard D. Starkey; her siblings, Ralph Swinehart, Robert Swinehart, Pauline Kessler and Pearl Goddard; her uncle Clyde; and her aunt Blanche Woodyard (Weaver).
She is survived by: her children, Richard "Doug" Starkey, Jeanne C. Bralley and Vincent "Greg". She is also survived by three grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
