He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Blanchard of Wake Forest, NC; and his children, Sharon Lill of Raleigh, NC, Carol Balsamo of Rockville, MD, Kathleen, Michael, Potomac, MD, Thomas, Tammy and Daniel Marshall. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.
