He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kathryn "Katie" and Michael "Mike"; his brothers, Vincent and Robert "Robby"; his grandparents, Susan, Dean Weibley, Paul, Amanda Wayner and Louisa Bertone; and his aunts and uncles, Jessica (John Urban), O. P., Sarah (Dominic Polito), John (Marissa Wayner) and Davin (Jenn Hill).
The family prays that this initiative will help cure children with unique cases, just like Phil's.
