It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Otto Tachovsky of Solon, Ohio, born in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 24, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Tachovsky and Frances Tachovsky; his siblings, Joseph, John, George, Mary, Frank, Fred and Charles; and his daughter-in-law Anne Tachovsky.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ruth; his children, Hilary (Kathy), Lynn Comella (Michael), Mary Jo Lucarelli and Laura Hermiz (Joshua); and his grandchildren, Michele Frakes (Jonathan), Nicolina Blackerby (Nathan), Anthony Lucarelli (Johanna), Evan, Jenna Chu (Aaron), Dominic Lucarelli, Ella, Susan, Kira and Kayla Hermiz.
In lieu of Flowers, memorial donations may be made in Otto's name to St. Rita's Church or Cleveland Clinic Hospice.
