He was predeceased by: his son Michael Todd Jerry; his parents, John Jerry and Helene Jerry; and his brothers, Jack Jerry and Terry Jerry.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Jerry; his children, Michele Jakubs and Edward Jakubs, Jr. (Holly); his grandsons, Julien Jerry, Nicholas Jakubs and Alexander Jakubs; and his sister Christina Koch.
In light of the pandemic, funeral services or a viewing will not be held.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Lung Association or Greater Cleveland Food Bank, in memory of Mike.
