He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Sr and Michael F. Velotta, Sr.; his sister-in-law Connie Velotta (Buz); and his friend Bill Flesher. He is survived by: his wife Sue Velotta; his children, Michael F. Velotta, III (Jacquie), Linda Donaldson (Randy), Thomas Velotta (Chris), Timothy Velotta and Dominic Velotta; his stepchildren, Robbin Northrup (Philip) and Thomas Russ (Kathy); his significant other Robert Velotta (Buz); his child Joanne Farinacci; his grandchildren, Shannon Velotta, Timothy Velotta, Katie Velotta, Maria Misener (Jeff), Nicholas Velotta (Michelle), Jennifer Velotta, Michael F. Velotta, IV, Christopher, Noah Spegal, Thomas, Joseph and Elizabeth Russ; and his great grandchildren, Timothy Velotta, Cameron Gamiere, Alyssa Donaldson, Luke Misener and Luke Velotta.
