He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Pacak and Helen Vavrek Pacak; his wife Helen; and his siblings, Michael, John, George, Helen Tirpak, Mary Wilush, Kay Cochran, Ann Sosnowchik and Marge Kosach.
He is survived by: his children, Matthew T., Susan G. Benedict (Al) and James E. (Shealeen).
