She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bozik and Elizabeth Kuruc Bozik; her husband Joseph D. Simonik; and her brother Joseph Bozik. She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Simonik (Denise) of Solon, OH. and Ken Simonik (Susan) of Freehold, NJ; her grandchildren, TJ Simonik (Jessie) of Charlotte, NC, Elizabeth Mulski (John) of Boston, MA and Cathy Muller (Chris) of Farmingdale, NJ.; and her great grandchildren, Courtney Muller, Cole Muller and Olivia Simonik.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorial donations be made to Light of Hearts Villa, 283 Union Street, Cleveland, OH 44146 in Mary's name.
