He is survived by: his daughter Rhonda Johnston (Breeze) of Madison; his grandchildren, David Passafiume Jr., Cody (Paige) and Emily Johnston; his son Michael Rogers (Cindy) of Frankenmuth, MI; his grandchildren, Brianna, Jacob and Nicholas; his daughter-in-law Debbie Rogers of Mentor; and his grandchildren-in-law, Kenneth Rogers (Rae), KJ, Rhys, Juliann Kintz (Jason) of Gage, JJ and Trey.
