He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Sandie Fine; his children, Chad Fine (Andrea) of Berea, OH, Jason Denzin Halprin (Ceica) of Boston, MA, Brandon Halprin (Edyta) of Odessa, FL, Evan Halprin (Brandy), TJ Fine (Jessica) of Pittsburgh, PA, Kasey Fine of Stow, OH and Darcy Evins (Nate) of Kent, OH; and his siblings, Michael Fine (Claire) and Karen Weinberger (Michael).

A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bookatz Memorial Chapel (1985 S Taylor Rd, Cleveland Heights, OH 44118). A burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at the Mt. Olive Cemetery (27855 Aurora Rd, Solon, OH 44139). A shiva was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Residence of Karen (2504 Londonderry Dr, Akron, OH 44333).
