He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Rindels (Patty Pfeifer); his parents, Gus Jr. and Esther; and his siblings, Eldon, Irvin, Roger, Enola, Verna Rae, Arlys K and Gladys Ann.
He is survived by: his sister Caroline; his children, Allison L. (Jay Glenn) and Andrew M. (Reggie); and his grandchildren, Grace, Grant and Jocelyn.
