He is survived by: his children, Justen Miller (Lara) of Denver, Colorado and Katy Worsham (Courtney) of Cartersville, Georgia; his sister Donna Doberstyn (Wayne) of Stow, Ohio; his grandchildren, Kayleigh, Linnaea, Calloway and Ivan; and his nieces and nephews, Michael, Kimberly, Lisa, Renee, Adam, Nicki, Marisa, Owen, Layla and Beckett.
