He was predeceased by: his former wife Esther Rosalie Landon. He is survived by: his wife Thelma; his children, Philip Golger (Cynthia) of Naperville, IL, Rochelle Trebucq of Atlanta and Gail Golger of New York City; his stepchildren, Barbara Stack (Ronald), Lisa Katzeff (Richard), Kenneth Oif (Marilyn) and Terri Brodkey (Jason); his grandchildren, Nathan, Erin Golger, Estee, Noah Trebucq, Simon Stack, Graham Stack, Charlotte Stack, Jonathan Katzeff (Abi), Jodie Katzeff (Gary), Shaina Leb (David), Alana Telesman (Sasha), Benjamin Oif, Sam, Aaron and Max Brodkey; and his great grandchildren, Zoe, Shiri Katzeff, Frida Zimmerman, Ari, Maya Leb and Elie Telesman.
In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
