He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Terry Lynn (Carbone-Baxter); his children, Stephanie Baxter, Kevin Schmidt (Jenelle Schmidt), Scott Winland (Tracey Duncan), Bryan Winland and Chris Baxter; his sister Martha Potts (late Darrell Potts); his grandchildren, Leslie and Nicholas Baxter; and his parents, Duncan and Ruth (Reagin).
