She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Chadd of Columbus and Jay (Katie) of Denver; her sister-in-law Joey Benjamin (Vicki) of Rockford; her parents, Jean Benjamin of Valparaiso and Joe Benjamin of Valparaiso; and her granddaughter Charlotte. She is also survived by wife and mother.
