She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Irvin Luke and Ruth Luke; her husband Thomas Leggett Jr.; her children, Jacques Holmes (Latoia), Andre Holmes (Jasmine), Chaundrel Leggett Maurice Collins (Dameka), Marvel Kyle and India Collins; her siblings, Sandra Artis, Tanya Montgomery and Irvin Anthony Luke; and her foster sisters, Trudy Hudson and Brenda Hakeem-Brown. She was also cherished by grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Viewing was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the H. M. Martin Funeral Home (3856 E 131st St, Cleveland, OH 44120). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of the Resurrection (32001 Cannon Rd, Solon, OH 44139).
