He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley E. Kolby and Dorothy M. Kolby (Herron); his wife Denise; and his brother-in-law Chuck Naumann. He is survived by: his daughters, Desiree Geltzer of Columbus and Jasmine Stumpp (Brad) of Norton; his grandchildren, Albie and Dansby; and his siblings, Leslie Meyer of Holland, OH, Lyn Naumann of Maumee, OH and Kurt Kolby (Barb). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
