She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Baker and Betty Baker (Chapman); her husband William D. Plummer; her grandson Ethan Plummer; and her siblings, Ronnie Baker, Linda Repp and Donella Baker.

She is survived by: her son Billy; her daughter-in-law Erica Plummer of Orrville; her daughter Sonya; her son-in-law Grant Wenger of Smithville; her grandchildren, Hannah (Brendon Meng), Noah Bair, Elizabeth Plummer, Emily Plummer, Elijah Plummer, Keagan Barnes, Shane Christman, Grayson Wenger and Sayge Wenger; her great grandchildren, Charlotte and Samuel Meng; and her siblings, Russell (Robin Baker) of Florida, Janice (Edsil Green), Barbara Baker of Orrville, Wannetta (Bill Yost) and Mary (Mitch Tenney). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
