Morgan; his son Paul Vance (Belinda) of Orrville; his grandsons, Derek Vance (Celina Petitte) of Orrville, Justin Vance of Orrville and Ryan Vance (Cassie Schartiger) of Wooster; his siblings, Dennis Vance (Polly) of Herndon, VA, Keith Vance of Parsons, WV, Charlotte Martin (late Bob) of Morganton, NC, Shelby Rogers (Doug Stover) of Mt. Hope, WV and Barbara Clay (Ronnie) of Mt. Hope, WV; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Vance of Mt. Hope, WV and Kathy Vance of Mt. Hope, WV. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, family and friends.
