She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Jordan and Mabel Jordan; and her brother Wayne. She is survived by: her husband Charlie Holt, Jr.; her friends, Sharon Howard and Ruth McCoy; her children, Ammey Frank (Rod) and Keith Holt (Natasha); her siblings, Linda Skalsky, Tom and Jim Jordan; her sisters-in-law, Becky Holt and Karen Holt; and her mother-in-law Louise Holt. She is also survived by her four grandkids.
A graveside committal service will be held at the Smithville Cemetery at 12:30 p.m. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Ohio's Hospice LifeCare, 1900 Akron Rd., Wooster, OH 44691 or to the Smithville Brethren Church, PO Box 345, Smithville, OH 44677.
