She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sr. Haley and Laura Viall Haley; her husband Cloyd E. Franks; her sisters, Frances Sullivan and Sandra Haley; and her great grandchild Adalynn Franks.
She is survived by: her children, Deb Garrett (Jim) of Orrville, Janis Nussbaum (Roger) of Orrville, Jim Franks (Jill) of Smithville and Dan Franks of Wooster; and her siblings, William Haley, Jr. (Sue) of Orrville, JoEtta Blough (Harold) of Smithville and Judith Vizzo of Dalton. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
