He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel S. Spurlock and N. Pauline Spurlock (Epley); his wife Dorothy Irene Armstrong; and his sister Wanda. He is survived by: his children, Kathy D. Spurlock Miros, James G. Spurlock (Holly) and Chad M. Spurlock (Renita); his grandchildren, Aaron Spurlock (Aubrey), Ashley Murray (Ian), Austen Spurlock (Mandy), Annika Spurlock, Knox, Reece, Rowan Spurlock and Kade Miros; his great grandchildren, Harrison, Finley, Delaney and Delilah Spurlock; and his close friend Nancy Percy.
The family suggests memorial contributions to any V.F.W. group to honor Jim's memory.
