He was predeceased by: his parents, Merlin Blough and Garnet Blough (Corns); and his daughter-in-law Jennifer Blough. He is survived by: his wife Jo Etta; his children, Rod Blough of Dublin, Bruce Blough (Heather) of Smithville, Rick Blough of Smithville and Michelle Minick (Chris) of Suffield; his grandchildren, Alyssa (Mark), Cole (Jenna), Philip, Austin (Salena), Alexis, Jake (Bailee), Haley, Andy, Johnny (Tori), Tori (Raymond) and Joey (Elaina); and his great grandchildren, Beckham, Elias, Margot, Hallie and Micah.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (777 S Summit St, Smithville, OH 44677). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
