He was predeceased by: his father John "Mervin" Smucker; and his brother John Robert Smucker. He is survived by: his wife Geneva June Steiner; his children, Lynette Neuenschwander (Gary) of Wooster, David A. Smucker (Mary) of West Chester, PA and Karla Roth (Wynn) of Archbold; his grandchildren, Chris Rutt, Tony Neuenschwander, Brandon Rutt, Renee Hanna, Rissa Bahler, Duncan Smucker, Spencer Smucker, Madalyn Wold, Emily Waltz and Natalie Roth; his siblings, Stanley Smucker (Marlene) of Newton, KS, Ralph Smucker (Lila) of Smithville and Emma Stutzman (Ron Piper) of Harrisonburg, VA; and his sister-in-law Donna Smucker of Goshen, IN. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
