She was predeceased by: her parents, E. H. Underwood and Lily Underwood (Hivley); her husband Ovie Fitzwater; and her siblings, Mittie, Howard, Lee and Dallas Underwood.
She is survived by: her daughter Lily Clifford (Ivan) of Lodi; her granddaughters, Heather Clifford of Toledo and Sabrina Clifford of Louisville, KY; and her siblings, Marie Salisbury of Widen, WV and Robert Underwood of Elyria.
